With 47 million underbanked & 92 million unbanked adults, Fintech is seen as the key enabler for establishing financial inclusion in Indonesia. Further, majority of Indonesians are below 35 years & highly tech savvy, providing an additional catalyst for the industry’s growth.
It’s forecasted that country’s fintech will generate $8.6 billion revenue by 2025. Indonesia’s regulatory body – OJK, has even launched “Master Plan for the Indonesian Financial Services Sector (MPSJKI) 2021-2025” to realize the vision of a next-gen national financial services sector.
To accelerate the efforts of OJK and enable an inclusive FSI sector, Tradepass is hosting the 11th edition World Financial Innovation Series (WFIS) at the Hotel Mulia Senayan in Jakarta, Indonesia on 4 – 5 October 2022. The event will attract over 500 technology and business heads from the leading Banks, Insurance & Micro-Finance institutions across the region.
